Corporate Secretarial Services in Singapore Compared (2026): 10 Firms and Fees

Published corporate secretary fees in Singapore start at about S$199 to S$350 a year for digital plans and run to S$800 for full-service firms. BoardRoom, Hawksford, InCorp and Paul Hype Page quote on request. The headline price matters less than what it covers: Annual Return filing and ACRA’s S$60 fee, the AGM, how many resolutions are included, and who your company secretary actually is. This guide compares 10 providers using each firm’s own website and ACRA’s published rules, checked on 16 October 2026.

Written by the VIVOS team (ACRA Registered Filing Agent FA20240323). VIVOS is one of the 10 firms compared. Firms are listed in alphabetical order, not ranked, and no firm paid to be included. Last checked: 16 October 2026.

What Singapore law requires

  • Appoint a secretary within six months of incorporation, and don’t leave the post vacant for more than six months. The secretary must be an individual who is a Singapore citizen, a PR or locally resident, and cannot be the company’s sole director. Directors face a fine of up to S$1,000 for not appointing one. Source: ACRA.
  • Hold the AGM within six months of the financial year end. A private company doesn’t need one if it sends its financial statements to all members within five months, or if all members resolve to dispense with AGMs. Source: ACRA AGM rules.
  • File the Annual Return within seven months of the financial year end, even if the company is dormant. Late filing costs S$300 (up to three months late) or S$600 (more than three months). Prosecution can mean a fine of up to S$10,000 per charge. Source: ACRA late filing penalties.
  • Use a registered provider. Since 9 June 2025, the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 requires any firm that acts as or arranges a company secretary, provides a registered address or files with ACRA to be registered. Earlier filing-agent registrations converted automatically. You can check any firm with Bizfile’s entity search. Source: ACRA CSP rules.

How we compared these providers

We used the same criteria for every firm, including VIVOS:

  • the lowest published annual fee
  • whether Annual Return filing is in that fee
  • what the base package includes
  • how the service is delivered (app-based or a named team)
  • which related services the firm offers

Every fact comes from the provider’s own pages on 16 October 2026. Plans change often, so confirm current prices before you sign.

How to choose, whoever you pick

  • Check the firm on Bizfile. Every provider of corporate secretary services must be a registered CSP.
  • Compare like for like. Ask whether Annual Return filing and the S$60 ACRA fee are included, how many resolutions you get, and what each change costs.
  • Ask who your secretary is. Some plans name an individual, while others give you a team behind an app.
  • Think a year ahead. If you will need accounting, a nominee director or work passes, a bundle can cost less than adding them later.
