Can I move to Hong Kong through my own company?
Yes. We incorporate a Hong Kong company for you and you relocate through it under the Investment as Entrepreneurs route, the standard path for founders without a local employer. The company then sponsors your GEP visa.
Can I own the company 100% as a foreigner?
Yes. Hong Kong allows full foreign ownership with no minimum investment requirement and no need for a local shareholder. Unlike Singapore, Hong Kong does not require a local resident director, though every company needs a local company secretary and registered address, both of which we provide.
Can I set everything up remotely, before I move?
Yes. We can incorporate your Hong Kong company and prepare your visa application remotely before you arrive.
How long does it take?
Hong Kong company incorporation typically takes a few business days. The GEP or TTPS visa then usually takes around four to six weeks for the Immigration Department to process from receipt of a complete application.
Can my family come with me?
Yes. Your spouse and children relocate on Dependant's Passes, which we handle alongside your own application so everyone arrives together.
