Residency via business formation
Rather than needing an employer to sponsor you, you set up your own Singapore company and it sponsors you, giving you a genuine base in Asia, a platform for your business, and a route that can lead to permanent residency and citizenship over time.
We incorporate the company and handle everything that keeps it live and compliant, then secure your Employment Pass through it, typically two years and renewable, with passes for your spouse and children so the whole family moves together.

The things you're probably wondering.
Can I move to Singapore through my own company?
Yes. This is the business-formation route: we incorporate a Singapore company for you, and it acts as your sponsor for an Employment Pass, so you and your family can relocate. It's the standard path for founders and independent professionals who don't have a local employer.
Can I own the company 100% as a foreigner?
Yes. Singapore places no restrictions on foreign ownership, so you can hold all the shares yourself, with no local shareholder and no minimum investment. Every company does need one local resident director, which we provide as a nominee until you hold your own pass.
Can I set everything up remotely, before I move?
Yes. As a licensed filing agent, we can incorporate your company remotely, with identity checks done over secure video, so your company can be registered and your Employment Pass filed before you arrive.
How long does it take?
Company incorporation is usually completed within one to three business days once your documents are in order. The Employment Pass then typically takes around three to eight weeks for in-principle approval, depending on your documentation and the Ministry of Manpower's review.
Can my family come with me?
Yes. Your spouse and children move on their own Dependant's Passes, and we handle their applications alongside yours so everyone relocates together.
