VIVOS, a leading Singapore-headquartered regional corporate services and advisory firm, has completed a strategic merger with Jaanik Business Solutions, combining the strengths of both firms to create one of the foremost corporate services and advisory platforms operating along the India–Singapore business corridor.
The merger strengthens the combined firm’s ability to guide businesses in establishing and expanding their presence in Singapore and the wider region. Clients now benefit from deeper, fully integrated support across incorporation, compliance, accounting, taxation, finance, residency, market entry, and cross-border advisory all delivered through a single, coordinated platform.
Jaanik Business Solution operates three offices across Singapore, expanding the combined VIVOS platform to six offices across the region. Together, VIVOS and Jaanik have successfully supported the establishment of more than 6,000 companies in Singapore, including more than 3,000 businesses on the India corridor, advising international entrepreneurs on governance, regulatory requirements, and regional growth strategies.
The merger follows VIVOS’ recent high-value fundraising round, backed by prominent industry veterans from the Indian business community in Singapore.
As Singapore continues to serve as the leading gateway for businesses going global, the growing flow of founders, investors, and companies operating between India and Singapore has created increasing demand for advisory firms with deep, on-the-ground expertise in both markets. The combined VIVOS–Jaanik platform is uniquely positioned to meet this demand, supporting companies through their full business lifecycle — from market entry and company formation to regulatory compliance and regional expansion.
Following the merger, both firms will continue operating under the VIVOS and Jaanik brands, with teams working closely together across all offices and markets to deliver coordinated, end-to-end support for clients’ cross-border business growth.
