Chris Lim

I have spent my whole career in corporate secretarial and immigration work in Singapore, and I still find it deeply satisfying. There is something special about helping a founder get their company set up properly, or helping a family settle into a new country with everything in order.

I began at KPMG Singapore, where I worked on corporate secretarial matters, incorporated companies, registered branches and representative offices, and handled Employment Pass and Dependant’s Pass applications. I then spent eight years at Drew & Napier, preparing resolutions and AGM and EGM documents, filing with ACRA, making SGX announcements and supporting corporate secretarial due diligence for restructurings and mergers.

In 2008 I joined InCorp Global, where I led the group’s corporate secretarial practice as Group Head for more than 14 years. My portfolio grew to more than 3,000 private limited companies across a broad range of industries, and my teams advised on everything from new incorporations to complex restructurings, always with the Companies Act and good governance at the heart of the work.

I bring that experience to VIVOS clients every day. I like to keep things simple for clients, even when the regulations are not.
