Atin Bhutani
Co-Founder
Atin Bhutani is a co-founder of VIVOS, a corporate services and immigration firm founded in 2024, with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the UAE. Before VIVOS he was Group CEO of InCorp Global from 2015 to 2022 and spent more than eight years in corporate banking at HSBC, most recently as Director and Country Head of International Subsidiary Banking in Singapore.
With over 15 years of corporate banking and business development experience across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Thailand, I specialize in helping businesses navigate global expansion, banking compliance, and market entry strategies. As a former Senior Vice President at HSBC, I’ve honed my expertise in corporate banking and strategic growth.
In 2015 I founded InCorp Global and served as its Group CEO for nearly seven years, growing it from a small room into a corporate services group across Asia. Today I bring together a banker’s understanding of what makes a business bankable and an entrepreneur’s sense of what it really takes to grow.
Career
- Present: Co-Founder, VIVOS.
- 2015 to 2023: InCorp Global: Group CEO (2015 to 2022), then Director and Founder (2022 to 2023). Built a group of specialists in corporate compliance, accounting, tax, incorporation and expansion advisory across Asia.
- 2014 to 2015: Director, Country Head of International Subsidiary Banking, HSBC Singapore.
- 2010 to 2014: Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, HSBC Singapore.
- 2007 to 2010: Assistant Vice President, Transaction Banking (Payments and Cash Management Sales), HSBC India.
- 2006 to 2007: Associate Manager, Opportunities, HCL Technologies, India.
- 2004 to 2006: Senior Associate, Business Development, Symphony Services, India.
