With over a decade of experience as Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Director of Jaanik Business Solutions Pte. Ltd (A VIVOS company). I have built and scaled a trusted corporate services firm serving 700+ clients across Singapore, India, the UAE, and the USA, from innovative tech startups to billion-dollar multinational corporations.
My journey began with a solid academic foundation in India and continued with professional qualifications in Singapore, including LCCI qualifications, ACCA modules, ACRA Qualified Individual status, and a MOM (Ministry of Manpower) licence. Most recently, I earned the ICA Certificate in Compliance (with Merit) from the International Compliance Association, awarded in association with Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.
