LTVP Eligibility at a Glance
1. Who is Eligible?
- Common-law spouses of EP, S Pass, and Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass holders
- Unmarried handicapped children aged 21 and above
- Unmarried stepchildren under 21
- Parents (for pass holders earning at least SGD 12,000 per month)
2. Who Can Apply?
- The employer or an appointed employment agent must apply on behalf of the candidate
3. Salary Requirement
- The main pass holder must earn at least SGD 6,000 per month (SGD 12,000 for parents)
4. Duration & Renewability
- The LTVP is valid for the same duration as the main work pass
- Renewable as long as the main work pass remains valid
5. Can LTVP Holders Work?
- Yes, but they must apply for a Letter of Consent (LOC) to work in Singapore
