    It is a free, downloadable resource explaining what the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone is, how its incentives work, and how foreign investors and Malaysian professionals can position themselves to benefit.
    The JS-SEZ was formally established on 7 January 2025 through a bilateral agreement between Malaysia and Singapore. Incentive applications are open from 1 January 2025 through 31 December 2034.
    Businesses in qualifying sectors can access a 5% special corporate tax rate for up to 15 years. This covers manufacturing and services in high-priority industries — including AI, aerospace, and medical devices.
