Residency via business formation
Set up your own Malaysian company and use it as your base in Southeast Asia, with no employer needed. Malaysia offers competitive corporate tax rates, full foreign ownership, and an extensive network of free trade and double-taxation agreements, making it a practical and cost-effective platform for regional business.
We handle the incorporation and ongoing compliance, including company secretarial, registered office and annual filings. Subject to meeting the relevant requirements, the company may then sponsor your Employment Pass, and we manage the dependant pass applications for your family alongside it.
All applications are subject to regulatory requirements and approval by the relevant Malaysian authorities.

Can I move to Malaysia through my own company?
Yes. We can help you incorporate a Malaysian company, and subject to meeting the relevant requirements, the company may sponsor your Employment Pass. We manage both the corporate setup and the immigration process end to end.
What is the MM2H programme?
Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is Malaysia's flagship long-stay programme for foreigners, offering a renewable multiple-entry social visit pass. It has several tiers (Platinum, Gold and Silver) with different financial requirements and benefits. Only the Platinum tier includes work rights.
Do I need a job offer to relocate to Malaysia?
Not necessarily. The MM2H and PVIP routes are based on your own finances rather than a Malaysian employer. If you do have a job offer, the Employment Pass is the standard route. The business setup package is also available for those who want to incorporate their own company.
Can my family come with me?
Yes. Spouses and children can relocate on Dependant's Passes alongside the principal applicant, and we handle their applications together with yours.
